I had an emergency situation where a contractor cut the electric cable in my living room. I contacted Todd because a neighbor gave me a referral. He viewed the situation with the same urgency as me. He was out the first thing the next morning and fixed the problem the contractor had created. A few days later the contractor refused to do another electrical job that was required to complete the installation of a new home security system.
